Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.
You can use this information to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the product will be returned to us, and a re-delivery may incur additional charges.

If your package is damaged or items are missing:

We will resolve the issue at the earliest through a replacement or refund.
